- Quote requests. When you send the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your property city or ZIP, and the details you share about the shelter you are considering.
- Phone calls. Calls to (817) 952-5328 go to voicemail. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can review your request and call you back.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the site is used. This involves cookies and standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, prepare your quote, and reply to you by phone or email. We may share your request details with local installation partners only as needed to prepare your quote or carry out an installation you have agreed to.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
- We do not keep quote requests we no longer need.
Service providers
Our form, email, phone and analytics tools are run by providers such as Hostinger, Twilio and Google. They process information on our behalf to make those tools work.
Your choices
